We offer a 30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy after the delivery of your order.
All returns are subjected to inspection to ensure they are in the same condition as shipped. Please note, our quality assurance team will inspect all items received for returns. We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previously unsupported claims for non-delivery goods.
We can only submit a refund to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank directly. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited back after issued.
Additionally, we offer a 365-Day, Scratch-Free Lens Return Policy for our lenses. We'll replace your scratched lenses for free within that one year from the purchase date. Please note, the frames must be in new condition. We use a high-end tracing machine that only works with in-tact frames without dings, bends, or alterations.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number, and description of the return. We will then provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions to return your order. Secondly, please fill out our Return / Exchange Form, print it, and include it with your return.
We understand you may want to exchange your order for another model or color and are happy to help! All requirements for returns highlighted above are required for exchanges.
Please note, we are unable to exchange between products at different price points. If you would like to exchange for a higher or lower priced product, we are happy to process a return for a refund on your original order and have you place a new order.
